Performance enhancing drugs are involved in every sport. Some are traceable and some are not. Athletes have been accused of using them without knowledge from the accusers and some have direct knowledge of what is going on.
Manny Pacquiao has been the subject of many fighters accusations due to his quick rise through the weight divisions while conquering top fighters. The Mayweather’s were the most noted fighters speaking on the subject but that talk has died down especially after several lawsuits. But talk has begun to arise once again about Pacquiao, P.E.D.’s and random testing but this time it’s coming from former two division world champion Paulie Malignaggi whom took to Twitter to voice himself on the subject and though. Keep in mind that Malignaggi is not accusing Pacquiao but he is merely speculating.
“I don’t give credit to guys who hide and duck from random drug testing while accomplishing things that seem pretty amazing,” said Malignaggi. “Paq should have been the first to volunteer for those random tests while he was destroying people while constantly jumping weight classes. Instead he ducked and dodged them so no, until I see a destructive Paq performance for a fight to which he submitted to random testing I will not give that credit.”
