Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather Jr.Apparently reports that Manny Pacquiao had signed a contract to fight Mayweather were not completely true.

In a report by the Sunstar, Pacquiao told reporters that he hasn’t signed a contract but he has reached an agreement to fight Mayweather, including drug testing. “We’re almost there…I have agreed to all their demands,” Pacquiao told reporters at the House of Representatives.

“There is no contract, but there is an agreement,” Pacquiao said.

According to Pacquiao, there is a 5 million dollar fine should either man fail drug tests administer by USADA (U.S. Anti-Doping Agency). “In fact, it was me who requested that the contract include a $5-million fine for anyone who would fail the drug test,” he said.

The world will know when the fight is announced when Mayweather announces it, and Pacquiao is fine with that.
