Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano (21-1-1, 16 KO’s) is keeping busy winning a 135 pound world title just under three weeks ago and is currently scheduled to take on Jackie Trivilino in a featherweight fight on September 18th at the Millennium Theater in Brighton Beach, New York and will then move up again to defend her 135 pound title.
“Two weeks after my 135 pound title win [and] I’m back down to 128 pounds. My fight September 18th is at 126 pounds. Then it’s back up to 135 pounds to defend my title,” said Serrano. “The life of a female boxer is all over [the place]. We don’t have the luxuries the men do to fight at one weight. I jump two weight classes for these fights.”
