Bob Arum, the head of Top Rank Promotions has been a busy man lately especially with putting together the card for Miguel Cotto’s return to HBO and mending the bond between the two that was broken over a year ago.
Terrence Crawford (21-0, 16 KO’s) is set to return on the undercard and Arum has an opponent in mind which will make for an entertaining, competitive fight where a win will push the victor to the next level. That opponent could be Yuriorkis Gamboa (23-0, 16 KO’s) from Cuba.
Arum is very interested in making the fight happen and is currently waiting on word from Gamboa’s promoter Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson who runs SMS Promotions.
In the main event, Cotto may be taking on Delvin Rodriguez but still, nothing is confirmed.
