Brandon RiosJust a month removed from his DQ victory over Diego Chavez, “Bam “Bam” Brandon Rios is already looking forward to his next fight and has a big name in mind, four division world champion Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto. A move up in weight would have to take place of course and whether that would take place next or in the near future is all up to Rios, his team, and his manager Cameron Dunkin.

“It would be a bad ass fight because Cotto likes to fight,” said Rios. I’ll go up to 152 [pounds]. We can fight at 152. I heard he is looking for an opponent for December. I’m ready! I’ll be ready for December.”

Should the fight with Cotto not happen then there are some other names in the mix. One fight that fight fans really want to see is an all out war with Ruslan Provodnikov. The fight with Provodnikov can happen according to Rios as long as the money is right because it is a risky fight both men.

“I’m not scared of Provodnikov! Everybody thinks I’m scared of Provodnikov. Everyone thinks I’m scared of that fight. Shoe me the money! They put some money [up] for it [and] I’ll do it. You know I’m not going to fight him for stupid money because it is a dangerous fight for both of us and I’m not going to fight for stupid money. Show me some money and I’ll fight him, no problem.”
