Tha Boxing Voice interviews Mike Stafford a second time. This time they get his prediction on the upcoming mega event “The Moment”. The Main even features Floyd “Money” Mayweather vs. Marcos “El Chino” Maidana. In a very interesting match up, that many people are dismissing as a mismatch heavily favoring Floyd.
They ask Mike; Because of the comparisons between Broner and Floyd, some people are actually giving Maidana a chance here, does he have a chance? “Well it comes down to experience; Broner did not have the experience. Floyd does have the experience, he will be taking Maidana very seriously, Floyd should not have any problems” There you have it folks.
I happen to agree with Mike, I don’t believe that Floyd will have any serious problems dealing with Maidana’s awkward style or punching power, as Broner did back in December. I do expect for Maidana to put forth a better effort than Saul “Canelo” Alvarez did. Good luck to all the fighters.
