2020 has been a lackluster year for the boxing biz. Covid shut everything down almost everywhere. An election was dividing the country. Sports and entertainment left holes that many needed to be filled.
Carlos Molina has kept busy throughout the year though. He wears two hats, one as a fighter and the other as a promoter and he’s been doing both all year. Molina fought six times this year and has gone from being unranked to being ranked number 14 in the WBC middleweight rankings. If he wants to advance any further all he has to do is keep doing what he’s doing and his sights are already set on January of 2021.
“I’ll be promoting and fighting on my upcoming show on January 30th” stated Molina via social media. “I’ll continue to fight as often as I can. There isn’t time for breaks when I’m getting closer to reaching my goals.”
Should things continue to go as they have been then Molina should find himself in a position for something big to come his way before 2021 ends.
