“People ask me all the time who do I want to fight. Who’s next? Man, I have never picked a fighter,” Algieri told reporters at a Premier Boxing Champions promotional press conference. “I have never picked who I’ve stepped in a ring with. That’s not my job. My job is to prepare, to fight and to win. And on April 16 that’s exactly what I’m gonna do.”
