This Saturday we will get a heavyweight showdown between two top ten fighters when Derek Chisora and Joseph Parker square off in Machester, England.

Chisora is coming a unanimous decision loss against Oleksandr Usky. It was a competitive bout in which Usyk was not the same monster he was at Cruiserweight. Prior to that Chisora was riding a three fight win streak and was working his way towards an eventual title fight. Instead Usyk won the decision and became the mandatory challenger for one of Anthony Joshua’s titles.

Parker is riding  a four fight win streak coming into the fight with Chisora. Momentum is definitely on his side. Outside the ring Parker has had a different fight with his image as reports came out about Parker being involved in drug trade.

Former Heavyweight Champion David Haye is excited for the upcoming scrap. Haye does not feel that this will be a boxing match and will indeed be a battle. A battle that when the heat gets hotter, Parker won’t be able to sustain it.

“Two heavyweights who I have great respect for are going all in on Saturday night,” Tweeted Haye. “It will be an all-out WAR in Manchester between Derek Chisora and Joseph Parker. When it gets uncomfortable in there, I can only see Derek coming out on top. Roll on Saturday.”
