In the next to last fight of the night Demetruis “Boo Boo” Andrade (20-0 with 13 KOs) put his junior middleweight belt on the line against Brian “The Lion” Rose (25-1-1 with 7 KOs). Andrade came out firing early as he knocked Rose down just a minute into the 1st round with a straight left to the chin. He continued to be aggressive the rest of the round as he easily won the 1st round with a 10-8. In round 2, Andrade worked the body vigorously and was the more aggressive fighter to most likely take a 2 rounds to 0 lead.
In round 3 Rose went down again from what appeared to be an elbow from Andrade, but replay confirmed it was from a right punch to Rose’s temple. The rest of the round Andrade kept Rose against the ropes and continued his barrage. At the end of the round Rose cause Andrade with a couple punches, but not enough to avoid another 10-8 round. Rounds 4 through 6, Andrade looks to be dominating. In round 7, Rose start bleeding from the nose and Andrade continues to attack and the fight is finally stopped by the ref at the 1:41 mark of round 7, Andrade wins by 7th round TKO and stays undefeated.
