You may not know who Ebanie Bridges is just by seeing her name but chances are you’ve seen pictures of her online. Bridges has a huge following on Instagram with over 32k followers. Aside from being a professional boxer she is a former bodybuilder and is a high school math teacher. I’m sure attendance for her class is damn near perfect every day.

Bridges began her pro career in 2019 and has a record of 4-0, 2 KO’s. Her last fight was in February of 2020 and has not fought since though she has continued training.

Bridges has attempted to land fights with numerous posts via social media and after nothing coming to fruition she finally has an opponent and a fight date.

“I’ll be fighting March 13th (against Carol Earl) here in Australia for the ANBF Australasian title,” Tweeted Baines. “Cant wait to get in there after many setbacks.

A stepping stone closer to getting that WBA belt that was ment to be mine in November.”

Should Baines emerge victorious she would have her sights set on the winner of April’s upcoming title fight between Rachael Ball and Shannon Courtenay. Baines is also open to fighting on that ubdercard to build hype for a potential showdown with the winner as well.

“Well I’d be happy to take another fight on the Ball v Courtenay under card in April. Maybe Eddie Hearn would consider it. I mean having me on their undercard and in that bubble will only build more hype and entertainment. There’s still time… make it happen.”
