As a boxing fan, it is easy to get frustrated when the fights you want to desperately see do not get made. If you are not within the inner circle of any of the sides you can only go on what you’re told.
One of the more modern situations that has boxing fans upset is a fight between Errol Spence and Terence Crawford not getting made. Both sides talk mad shit and there is plenty of posturing but who is to be believed?
When it comes down to it the promoters have the final say. Fighters can name names all they want but if the promoter does not want to put those fights together the fighters are the one that gets all the criticism. Fighters get a majority of the criticism and get shafted by promoters and that’s exactly how Spence feels.
