“As much money and life as you could want! The two things most human beings would choose above all – the trouble is, humans do have a knack of choosing precisely those things that are worst for them.” – JK Rowling

That quote hits hard because for many people wrong choices in life happen far more than choices that will benefit us forgot just the present but the future.

Gervonta Davis made a poor choice last November when he was accused of a hit and run and now has 14 charges laid against him. Davis’ Lamborghini ran a red light and he crashed into a Toyota Solara in which all four passengers sustained injuries. A third party showed up at the scene to help Davis away. Davis also drove with a suspended license.

Should Davis be convicted on every count he could get 7 years and 55 days in prison.

This would put the brakes on a superstar career in the making. It also goes to show that no matter how on top of the world you feel you are at it can all come crashing (no pun intended) down from whatever choice you make in life. Every decision in life is 50/50 in what direction the results will be. In this case, Davis would have better fired if he had remained at the scene of the accident despite the suspended license.
