Glenn Dezurn 014Vito Mielnicki’s GH3 Promotions is proud to announce the signing of undefeated Super Bantamweight Glenn Dezurn to an exclusive promotional contract.

Dezurn, 26 years-old of Baltimore, Maryland has compiled a professional record of 4-0 with three knockouts.

“This is a great company and I will continue to prove that I am going to be a champion”, said Dezurn.

“I want to thank Vito and I look forward to doing big things.”

Dezurn had a stellar amateur career as he amassed a reported 89-4 record and won many regional tournaments. Dezurn almost made the 2012 Olympic trials but was defeated by future Olympian Raynell Williams.

He turned pro on July 20, 2013 with a 4-round unanimous decision over Marquise Pierce in Baltimore.

That was the only time he has gone the distance as he has stopped three consecutive opponents which includes his last bout when he stopped Andre Canada in one-round on July 25 in Verona, New York.

“It was a body shot. I was working my way in and took my time. I exposed a weakness to his body and nailed him with a good shot to the rib cage.”

Dezurn is tentatively scheduled to fight on September 12 in Fort Washington, Maryland then he will come back on October 24 at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Somerset, New Jersey on a big card promoted by GH3 Promotions.

Dezurn will campaign at 122 lbs and will eventually fill out at Featherweight..

He joins fellow undefeated Beltway area fighters Middleweight Anoine Douglas and Super Middleweight Jerry Odom under the GH3 Promotions banner.

“I am close to Antoine. We came up together and we are like brothers. I see how GH3 is moving him and I feel if I can get moved like that, big things will happen for me,”finished Dezurn.

Said promoter Vito Mielnicki, “Glenn is a very good prospect. It is rare to find a kid like him in the lower weights on the east coast. He has a good pedigree and he can punch. We are really excited to watch him progress into a championship caliber fighter.

Douglas and Odom will both appear on October 24 at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Somerset, New Jersey.
