HBO’s Real Sports Visits Orlando Cruz

HBO’s Jon Frankel visits with openly gay boxer Orlando Cruz before Cruz’s fight on Friday night vs. Jorge Pazos at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida.
 
Cruz (18-2, 9 KOs) is a 2000 Olympian from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  A win Friday night puts him in line for a world title fight.   
The interview will air Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on HBO’s Real Sports, which explores the topic of male athletes coming out 
while still active in sport.
