Promoter Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions, who handle IBF, IBO, WBA, WBC middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs), says Saul “Canelo” Alvarez (48-1-1, 34 KOs) would make more money by staging a fight with GGG than with anyone else.
He feels Canelo would make even more than he gained back in 2013, in his showdown with Floyd Mayweather Jr. – which generated 2.2 million pay-per-view buys.
