Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather Jr.We’ve waited close to 6 years to see the two of the best boxers of this generation to get in the ring. All factors this week from info given to ThaBoxingVoice.com and other industry insiders point to the fact that the fight was a done deal. Now we wait until Floyd Mayweather announces on his mobile application called Shots.

And he did.

Via his app, Mayweather posted a picture of a signed contract of his signature, Manny Pacquiao’s signature, and Bob Arum’s signature.

Details are still coming out but Cinco de Mayo weekend is a staple in the boxing world, and the center of the world will be on Mayweather-Pacquiao on May 2nd. This fight may be 6 years past the height that it could have been but nonetheless, it’s the two best welterweights, the two biggest grossing boxing stars of the last generation, and quite possibly the two best boxers of this generation.
