Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao were sitting across courtside today in an NBA basketball game between the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks. The two made eye contact when the Jumbotron highlighted the two fighters with a caption that read “Coming 2015?”
Mayweather decided to take the initiative and approach Pacquiao to have a small conversation with him while Michael Koncz (Pacquiao’s advisor) observed the conversation from up-close. After their dialog had ended both fighters shook hands, patted each other on the back, and went their separate ways.
Shortly after Yahoo Sports’ Kevin Iole contacted Koncz through telephone to elaborate on what took place. Koncz simply stated, “Floyd walked over, and he and Manny had a nice little talk. I’m not at liberty to say what they said, but it was a good conversation.”
