PHILADELPHIA (JULY 29, 2013)—THIS FRIDAY NIGHT, August 2nd, It will be an historic night of championship boxing as www.pandafeed.tv is pleased to announce the first ever event on the new website as a full night of action will be headlined by the USBA Welterweight championship bout between Ray Robinson and Ray Narh.

The event will originate from the Bob Carpenter Center on the campus of the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware.

“We are ecstatic to be able to launch the new company with two important title fights”, said Pandafeed.tv co-founder and director of boxing Marc Abrams

“We are looking to bring the best boxing, MMA, Concerts and entertainment to this venture.  We also will be taking the concept of online streaming to the next level as we plan on working with any promoters in not only maximizing the on-line viewership but we also will help with the live gate as well.  We have an extensive media list that reaches all over the world and plan to use an aggressive multimedia format to help promote these great events”

“To have our first event to have two titles with the four fighters have a combined record of 103-10 is the types of events we want to bring to fans”, finished Abrams.

In the ten round co-feature, veteran Dorin Spivey will defend his NABA Lightweight title against undefeated Samuel Kotey Neequaye.

Robinson of Philadelphia has a record of 15-2 with six knockouts.

The former amateur standout won his first eleven fights which included a win over undefeated Darnell Jiles (8-0-1).

After losing to undefeated and future world ranked contenders Brad Soloman and Shawn Porter, Robinson has won four in a row and captured two titles.

He won the Pennsylvania Welterweight title with a two round waxing of former U.S. Olympian Terrance Cauthen.  In his last bout that took place on February 8th, Robinson scored a ten round unanimous decision over Alberto Morales and Robinson picked up the Interim NABA Welterweight title.

The hard punching Narh of Brooklyn, NY via Accra, Ghana has a record of 26-2 with 21 knockouts.

Narj won his first ten bouts before running into then undefeated prospect Almazbek Raiymkulov.

That loss then lit the fire under Narh as proceeded to win fifteen straight with some quality wins over undefeated Ramazan Paliani.  Narh stopped Paliani in eight to win the Pennsylvania Lightweight championship.

In his next bout, Narh stopped two-time world title-challenger Luis Bolono in two rounds.  He won the USNBC Jr. Welterweight with a 2nd round stoppage over Angel Hernandez.  Narh also has a win over former world champion Freddie Norwood.

After being stopped to future world champion Mike Alvarado, Narh picked up a significant win in his last bout when he scored a ten unanimous decision over heralded Ronald Cruz on June 14th in Cruz’ hometown of Bethlehem, PA.

Spivey of Portsmouth, VA has a record of 42-6 with 30 knockouts.

The forty-year old turned pro in 1993 and has had a terrific career.

He began his career 26-1 before being stopped by Juan Lazcano for the NABF Lightweight title.

Spivey has quality wins over the likes of Billy Irwin (34-4) & Michael Stewart (28-0-2).  Spivey won the NABA Lightweight title with a 4th round stoppage over Meacher Major.  He made one defense of the title.

He re-captured the title with a 7th round stoppage over Victor Vasquez.  In his last bout, Spivey defended the title with a ten round majority decision over Rod Salka on October 12th.

Neequaye, like Narh is originally from Accra, Ghana and is perfect in 20 fights with fifteen wins coming early.

After winning his first 17 fights in Ghana, the 30 year-old Neequaye came to the United States and has won three in a row with his last bout being an eight round split decision over Guillermo Sanchez on June 7th.

Also appearing on the undercard will be undefeated prospect Omar Douglas (8-0, 6 KO’s); Interim NABA Light Heavyweight champion Frankie Filippone (14-2-1, 2 KO’s) and Lightweight Joey Tiberi (9-1, 5 KO’s)
