FIGHTSTARS.TV ANNOUNCE NESTOR GIBBS AS THE NEW DIRECTOR AND LEAD ON-AIR TALENT OF BOXING MEDIA DIVISION
Boxing-media company Fightstars.tv proudly announces the appointment of online boxing-commentary pioneer Nestor Gibbs, as the new Director and Lead On-Air Talent of their Boxing Media Division.
The award-winning owner, founder, and host of Thaboxingvoice Radio Show/Podcast for the past 10 years, Gibbs was among the first to begin live-streaming his popular call-in show and was also instrumental in incorporating newer platforms such as Patreon and Skype call-in to the world of boxing media.
Gibbs, a New Jersey native and son of Dominican immigrants, has grown his boxing empire to include a loyal staff of reporters and videographers, while he has gone on to play countless roles in the sport including promoting, matchmaking, commentating, managing, and even getting in the ring himself. Always looking for new ventures, Gibbs recently created “Boxing Bars,” a weekly show pitting fellow co-hosts and listeners against one another in rap battles, with the provision that all verses revolve around the sweet science.
In conjunction with the deal, Fightstars.tv has constructed a state-of-the-art audio/video studio and Gibbs will be tasked with developing innovative programming content while continuing to provide hard-hitting #thaboxingvoice news, interviews, and commentary with a unique and often entertaining twist.
