Gomez was set to fight Veteran DeMarcus “Chop Chop” Corley when he suffered a knee injury while training and now has withdrawn from the fight.

Instead the show will be headlined by a Junior Featherweight showdown between Randy ‘El Matador “ Caballero (18-0 10 KOs) against Miguel Robles (12-2 5 KOs). Caballero is from the Indio area, and will look to remain undefeated in front of his hometown fans. Caballero is coming off a TKO victory over Luis Maldonado back in January of this year.

Also the card will feature three fighters from the USA 12’ Olympic team–Terrell Gausha, Errol Spence, and Joseph Diaz Jr..

Middleweight Terrell Gausha (4-0 2 KOs) will face off against Julio Garcia (6-4 3KOs). Gausha in his last time out, was knocked down for the first time in his career, but still managed to get the unanimous decision over William Waters.

Joseph Diaz Jr. (5-0 3 KOs) is a late addition to the card and he will square up against Luis Cosme (8-2 3KOs) . Diaz last fought on the undercard of Maidana vs Lopez and his opponent, Rigoberto Casillas did not answer the bell for the 4th round.

The last Olympian but not least, Errol Spence (6-0 5KOs) will also be in action when he takes on Eddie Cordova (4-4 1KO).  Spence has been talked about a lot recently since the emergence of rumors that he dropped Adrien Broner and gave Floyd Mayweather Jr. a black eye during sparring sessions.
