Earlier this year I got to watch the pro-debut of Poland born Łukasz Wierzbicki who recently moved to Canada. I saw a lot of potential in this young fighter and still think this kid will make it far in boxing.
Upon saying that it was announced by his manager Chris Ganescu that Wierzbicki will return to the ring possibly on November 1st or he could land on the Adamek-Glozkov undercard (which is what Wierzbicki would prefer). If Wierzbicki is able to land on the Adamek card and impress as he did in his debut then you could more than likely expect to see him built up as a future Polish star who can cross-over to the North American scene with a bang.
Wierzbicki trains at the Bowmont Boxing Club in Calgary and gets good work in training with his friend and former stable mate, Canadian welterweight champion Steve “The Dragon” Claggett.
