Seniesa Estrada lived up to her nickname “Superbad” on March 20th, 2021 when she took on and soundly defeated Anabel Ortiz to win the WBA Minimumweight Title. It was the first loss that Ortiz had suffered since 2012 and it ended an almost 8-year title reign.

Estrada was on top of the world after her victory but the celebrating did not last long. Estrada was on the B-Real Podcast The Dr. Greenthumb Show shortly after her victory and Estrada expressed that she would take very little time in eating whatever she wanted without working out but would quickly get back to preparing for what’s next and what’s next has just been announced.

On July 9th Estrada will fight for yet another world title against Tenaki Tsunami on the Gilberto Zurdo – Sullivan Barrera card in Los Angeles. The WBO Light Flyweight Title which Tsunami holds will be put up for grabs.

Tsunami has gone 2-0-1 in her last three bouts and has lost every fight against the who’s who in Mexican women’s boxing. There’s no doubt about it that Estrada wants to add her name to that list and grab a belt at the same time and with two back-to-back highlight fights in her pocket she will bring the heat to Tsunami.
