Wilfredo Vazquez Jr.’s (22-3-1, 19 KO’s) ring return is set for September 20th against an opponent yet to be determined.
Vazquez will continue fighting at 122 pounds and feels better conditioned and stronger after adding world famous Mexican strength and conditioning coach Angel “Memo” Heredia who’s most notable work and success has come with Mexican superstar Juan Manuel Marquez.
Vazquez may get his long awaited wish for a fight with his fellow countryman Juan Manuel “JuanMa” Lopez in December in a fight that would take place in Puerto Rico. The two fighters have openly had an ongoing feud with each other for quite some time and a fight between the two is expected to be a brutal hate filled war.
