AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT IN GARNISHMENT 

 

 THIS CAUSE came to Court upon agreement of the parties for entry of an agreed Final 
Judgment in Garnishment, the Defendant having agreed to the entry of a Final Judgment in 
Garnishment for the total sum of $50,000.00 as full and complete satisfaction of the Final Judgment, 
the Garnishee currently holding sums sufficient to satisfy the agreed upon sum, and the Court having 
considered the matter, together with the entire record, and being otherwise fully advised in the 
premises, it is 

 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 

 1. That Judgment be, and the same is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, Roniel 
Rodriguez IV, P.A.1, and against the Garnishee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in the 
agreed upon sum of $50,000.00, for which let execution issue forthwith. All 
additional sums being held by the Garnishee, for the benefit of the Defendant, are 
to be released forthwith to the Defendant.

 2. That the Garnishee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is hereby directed to pay within ten 
(10) days from the date hereof the sum of $50,000.00 to the order of Roniel 
Rodriguez IV PA Trust, and delivered to Roniel Rodriguez IV, P.A., 20533 
Biscayne Blvd., 1243, Aventura, Florida 33180. 

 

3. A reasonable Attorney’s fee is taxed in this cause in the amount of $100.00, and 
the Clerk of the Court is directed to remit said amount to Garnishee’s counsel, 
Marks Gray, P.A., PO Box 447, Jacksonville, Fl 32201. 


 

4. This Court reserves jurisdiction to enter all further orders as necessary.
