Last week Andy Vences and Jono Carroll got heated in a hotel lobby. The two went back and fourth for about four minutes and even got into each others faces. That’s all it was but tensions were high especially with their fight against each other being rescheduled to August due to Teofimo Lopez catching Covid.
During the heated exchange Vences non-directly called Carroll a loser. The premise of that being winners focus on winning and losers focus on winners. Vences reiterated that point with a recent post on Instagram.

This will definitely add fuel to the fire for the fight card. Hopefully nothing happens in-between now and then to prevent this fight from happening a second time.
