WBO lightweight championship fight, Terry Flanagan vs. Petr Petrov, has received some big news in the United States. The fight will be live streaming on Twitter this Saturday per a Banner Promotions press release. Banner Promotions president, Artie Pelullo had this to say, “ I am very excited about the opportunity to bring the WBO Lightweight World Championship exclusively to Twitter in the United States on April 8th.”
Is this just another sign of the new trend started by the Adrien Broner vs. Adrian Granados fight? Will other promoters follow suit?
