While most of the boxing world is enchanted about a possible Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight, Mayweather took to his social media poking fun at Pacquiao being knocked out. But the bigger story was Mayweather defending his shot as his former fiancé Miss Jackson regarding her abortion.
In a report by TMZ.Com, Mayweather says that posting the picture on her abortion did not violate her privacy because their relationship was public consumption.
In new legal documents filed, Mayweather is trying to get claims of invasion of privacy, assault, battery, defamation, and other claims that Jackson had sued him with dismissed.
Mayweather says because he used his celebrity status to build her as,”she asked me to help her become famous,” all information regarding their relationship was public including how he and why he ended the relationship.
On the abortion issue in the documents Mayweather claims, “Both parties are public figures. Abortion is a public issue. A public figure involved with another public figure in a public relationship can expect publicity, not privacy, about why it ends.”
According to the report Mayweather wants the suit dropped but a judge has yet to rule on the proceedings.
