On January 28th, Miguel Berchelt made a name for himself when he took on Francisco Vargas. Berchelt not only gave Vargas the first loss of his career, he gave him a beat down which resulted in a stoppage. On that same night, former world champion Takashi Miura fought in a thrilling back and forth battle with Miguel Roman in hopes of getting a rematch with Vargas. Miura was able to get the victory that night but the main event’s result had put his chance to become champion again in jeopardy.
Fast forward a couple of months and things are looking to come together for both action fighters as Zanfer Promotions out of Mexico took to Twitter to confirm a fight between the Mexican and Japanese warriors.

Nothing but fireworks will be expected given the styles of these two fighters and with comparing their fights with their common opponent (Vargas) there will be blood, there will be pain and someone will go to sleep.
