Adrien Broner has not fought professionally since his loss to Manny Pacquiao over two years ago. Since that fight, his life has spiraled out of control. When all seemed lost for Cincinnati fighter he changed the way he was living and things started looking up for him and a return to the ring was announced.

Broner was scheduled to fight Pedro Campa on February 13th but as of the time this article was written, he is left without an opponent. The reason being someone from Campa’s camp tested positive for Covid 19.

There’s plenty of options out there for a replacement but there are already a couple volunteers.

Jessie Vargas fought Broner to a draw in 2018 and would love a little payback. Vargas has been plotting a ring return and feels very confident in a rematch against Broner.  It would be Vargas’s first fight since his unanimous decision loss to Mikey Garcia I’m February 2020.

Ivan Redkach is also looking for a return to the ring after his loss to Danny Garcia which took place in January of 2020.
