Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez took another step towards fighting for a third world championship in a third weight class tonight when he took on Juan “Loquito” Kantun in Chiapas, Mexico by knocking his opponent down three times round six with the last knockdown resulting in a TKO victory for the Nicaraguan fighter.
Gonzalez record improves to 38-0 with 32 knockouts will continue fighting on in the coming months with an upcoming bout taking place in Tokyo this April and possibly a title shot in August.
