Exhibitions are proving to be a good thing for boxing. We get to see fighters test themselves, take risks, give fantast matchups and some matchups that make you say fuck it I guess this is happening (Floyd-Paul).
Roy Jones Jr. fought an entertaining exhibition against Mike Tyson last year and the world tuned in. Having that fight and training again lit a fire under Roy and he’s contemplating making a run for the Cruiserweight Title. In the meantime, he has an upcoming exhibition against Carlos Molina.
Molina last fought back in May against Sam Eggington for the WBC Silver Middleweight Title. Molina put up a hell of a fight but things did not go his way. He made no excuses and got back to business shortly after the fight.
