Some things aren’t meant to be. The fight between Simon Kean and Stan Surmacz Ahumada has been canceled yet again.  Turns out the third time is not a charm.

The Fight got called off due to Surmacz’s heart condition. Surmacz has had two procedures done in the past and has come back to fight since them. Unfortunately for fight fans that were looking forward to it, Surmacz’s doctor feels it would be in his best interest to not fight. Surmacz will seek to get a second opinion.

“CANCELLED,” stated Surmacz via Social Media. “Was scheduled to fight Simon Kean  April 17th in Quebec. 3rd time we tried fighting. But unfortunately this time it’s an issue on my end. My heart doctor doesn’t think it’s safe for me to fight. I’ve had two heart procedures and have come back to fight. This is just another bump in the road I have to deal it. Currently working on getting a 2nd opinion to see what steps I need to take. I will continue my training as I do! Sorry to the fans who wanted to see this fight! and to Eye Of The Tiger Management for continuing to try to make this fight happen! I will keep you guys informed about my progress.”
