2012 US Olympian Terrell Gausha took on William Waters in the 2nd fight of the evening. The fight was rough for Gausha who was knocked down in round one and took some big shots to close it out. Gausha did manage to fight back and even shook his opponent up in the middle of round 3. In the end the judges unanimously scored the fight 38-37 for Gausha.

Charlo def Lora TKO5

In the ShoExtreme feature, Houston, Texas native Jermall Charlo (12-0, 8 KOs) squared off with rugged veteran Orlando Lora (29-3-2, 19 KOs). The fight stared off well for Charlo, who used his distance to garner the most productive form of punching power he could produce. While he utilized his distance, he still had trouble settling down and continued to look for the big shot. He was troubled in the 3rd round, where Lora began to realize his only chances at making the fight competitive would be to withstand the damage enough to land his own brand of destructiveness. In the end, Lora had received enough damage and could not continue, giving Charlo an impressive 5th round TKO.
