Vincent Feigenbutz Signs with Sauerland

untitledTeam Sauerland are pleased to announce a long-term cooperation with German ‘’wunderkind’’ Vincent Feigenbutz (14-1, 13 KOs). Feigenbutz is one of German boxing’s most exciting young talents. Having turned professional at the tender age of sixteen, the Karlsruhe-based super middleweight has built a reputation as a fearsome puncher. The nineteen year-old’s explosive knockout power will be on display again on September 27 at the Sparkassen-Arena in Kiel, Germany.

Said promoter Kalle Sauerland: ‘’We are delighted to welcome Vincent to the team. I am sure this will be the beginning of a long and successful relationship. The power this young man boasts is scary. With his power and aggressive fighting style, he has the makings of a real fan favorite.’’

‘’It is an honor to fight under the promotional banner of Sauerland Event,’’ said Feigenbutz.  ‘’When they promote a show it is always very high quality and extremely professional.  But regardless the circumstances: the ring still stays the same. I want to keep winning, preferably by knockout.’’

‘’Everyone who watches Vincent’s fights can see that he is a top-notch talent,’’ said the boxer’s manager Rainer Gottwald of Faecher-Sport management group. ‘’Soon he will be ready to take on anyone! Team Sauerland is one of the biggest promotional companies in boxing worldwide with decades of tradition. Therefore, we are hoping for a successful collaboration.’’

An opponent for Feigenbutz, who is going to defend his WBO Intercontinental Title, will be announced shortly. In the main event, World Super Middleweight Champion Arthur Abraham will try to fend off another challenger in Paul Smith. Tickets for the September 27 show at the Sparkassen-Arena are available via
