Negotiations are currently under way for a highly anticipated match between WBC women’s super flyweight champion Zulina “La Loba” Munoz and her mandatory challenger, former world champion Mariana “Barbie” Juarez.Should Canelo Promotions and Promociones del Pueblo not come to an agreement a purse bid will be held and an expected fight should take place between January or February.
Munoz has had an impressive win streak since suffering her lone career loss in 2007 and Juarez currently has a 4 fight win streak since suffering a knockout loss back in 2013.
