Sources: Canelo Alvarez & Eddie Hearn are closing in on a two-fight deal for the star’s return to DAZN.
Fight 1: Dmitry Bivol on May 7 at 175 pounds
Fight 2: Gennaidy Golovkin on Sept. 17 at 168 pounds
No agreement yet; Canelo & GGG both must win.
The two-fight offer from Hearn is worth upward of $85 million guaranteed, per sources. Alvarez also mulled one-fight, $45 million offer from PBC for Jermall Charlo bout. Could revisit Charlo if this deal falls apart at 11th hour. Via Mike Coppinger.
