WBO women’s flyweight champion Kenia Enriquez (13-0, 6 KO’s) is set to make her in-ring return on February 28th In Rosarito, Mexico on the same card that is being headlined by Jackie Nava. This will be Enriquez first fight since winning the vacant WBO women’s flyweight title last November.
Enriquez popularity has grown quite quickly since her debut, and she has become a sought out fighter for those that want to fight the best.
Enriquez has a fan-friendly style, and she loves to fight as evidenced by her record. Her professional fighting career began in 2012, and she fought a total of four times that she repeated the following year and finished off last year with five fights
Aside from preparing for her ring return Enriquez has been keeping busy with amateur boxing. She is holding an all female amateur boxing tournament on February 7th and 8th in her hometown of Tijuana, Mexico to build more interest in females and give them the support they need to grow as boxers.
