Former WBC Latino Lightweight Champion, Marcelino “Nino” Lopez has signed a promotional contract with Golden Boy Promotions. The 28-year-old from Arribenos, Buenos Aires, Argentina has already has a strong career as a professional boxer in South American, winning and defending several titles and maintaining a near perfect record of 31-1-1 (15 KOs).

The current South American Super Lightweight title holder is looking to expand his fan base and his record. Fighting almost exclusively in Argentina, the hard-hitting puncher would like to fight in a world title match all while conquering the love of North American fans.
