London (7 June) Young heavyweight star Hughie Fury is looking for his fifth straight professional win this weekend at Glow, Bluewater.

Since his debut in March, the 6’7″ teenager has fought in Canada, New York, Belfast, and Romania and on Saturday night he will be looking for his fourth knockout on home soil.

After a confident and composed two-round demolition of Janos Finfera, in Romania, in his last fight, Hughie takes on tough Czech Republic fighter Ladislav Kovarik.

Kovarik went the distance with Martin Rogan at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast back in February, has shared the ring with Matt Skelton and provides another step up for the young heavyweight.

But Hughie, the first ever Irish/British fighter to win a gold medal at the AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships at super heavyweight, has the momentum, having outpointed the experienced Moses Matovu at Belfast City Hall, Belfast and knocked-out the previously unbeaten Alex Rozman at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, New York.

For the 18-year-old younger cousin of heavyweight sensation Tyson Fury, that followed his emphatic second-round knockout victory over David Whittom on his professional debut in Canada.

Now, he takes aim at Kovarik looking for another convincing win.

The Hennessy Sports show, live on Channel 5 in the UK from 9.30pm and on Wealth TV in the US, features WBC Silver super-middleweight champion James DeGale defending his title against Croatian fighter Stjepan Bozic.

It also features unbeaten WBC International super-bantamweight champion Kid Galahad and son of the legend, middleweight sensation Chris Eubank Jr in his 10th professional fight.

The undercard will also feature kickboxing champion Albert Kraus in his second professional boxing fight, Eli Green from Guildford, Dani Davis of Croydon and Peter McDonagh of Bermondsey.
