PACO15-Cache-Creek-012415-Banner2Boxing returns to Northern California on January 24th as middleweight Paul Mendez headlines the card at Cache Creek Casino & Resort in Brooks, CA. Mendez, who has spent the past year and half working with Gennady Golovkin as one of his main sparring partners will look to defend his IBA title, as he headlines the aforementioned card in a ten round championship main event.

In the co-feature slot, Sacramento’s Guy Robb will return to action after his stunning knockout of undefeated prospect Ronell Green on Fox Sports 1 in August of last year. Previously, Robb had defeated Daniel Ramirez at the same venue on April 5th of last year, handing him his first loss. Robb is a fighter who even with only fifteen fights seems as though the whole world knows of him.

Three other fighters have been rumored to be on the card, but have yet to be confirmed. Junior lightweight Andy Vences of San Jose, CA looks to return to action, lightweight Arturo Quintero (most known for his draw with Omar Figueroa), and cruiserweight Ryan Bourland are all possibilities. For more information visit PacoPresentsBoxing.com.
