Spadafora (47-0-1, 19 KO’s) is ranked #14 by the WBC, #9 by the WBA, #8 by the IBF and #19 by the WBO, is one fight away from a major fight and has long been considered one of the best pure boxers in the sport.

The native of Pittsburgh, PA seems to be past the issues that have plagued his career as this is his third fight in seven months with the latest being a ten round unanimous decision over Solomon Egberime on December 1st, 2012.

Frankel of Denver, CO has a record of 32-12-1 with 6 knockouts and has faced some of the best fighters in the Jr. Welterweight division.

He has faced the likes of Dmitry Salita, Lamont Peterson, Henry Bruseles, David Diaz, and John Molina and has victories over Martin O’Malley, Michael Stewart and Bobby Pacquiao.

Frankel has won two straight which includes a five round technical decision over Jermaine White on January 5th
